📋 Description

• Analyze complex business problems and develop structured hypotheses to guide problem-solving. • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic recommendations. • Synthesize findings from research and analysis into clear, actionable insights to guide business decision making. • Gather and interpret data from a variety of sources, including interviews and databases. • Create compelling presentations (using Google Suite) to communicate complex data and findings effectively. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and trackers to monitor progress against milestones and deliverables • Own and drive specific workstreams within a larger engagement, including setting priorities, defining scope, and managing timelines • Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks to project completion and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with leadership • Structure complex problems into manageable phases with clear objectives and success metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or a strategic business function • Data-driven problem solver; comfortable using SQL, Looker, or similar tools to build visibility and drive decisions. • Strong program/project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional system rollouts. • Strong people skills - able to influence a variety of stakeholders who are experts in their field, teaching them business best practices • Strong communicator who can navigate multiple cultural contexts with ease. • Self-starter with high ownership, detail orientation, and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments. • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally at short notice • Fluency in English is required
