📋 Description

• Design, implement, and enforce a scalable project management framework for large IT and Business Systems initiatives • Directly manage and drive a portfolio of critical, cross-functional programs from scoping through hypercare • Champion the use of standard documentation to ensure consistent quality across project deliveries • Partner with the IT/BS Leads to forecast and track team capacity • Own the end-to-end process for IT and Business Systems software license renewals • Conduct regular audits of software usage to identify and reclaim unused seats • Assist leadership with budget planning and vendor negotiation strategy • Lead initiatives to streamline and automate the team’s internal workflows • Implement reporting mechanisms to measure the team's balance between reactive support and strategic development • Own key communication channels, providing clear updates on project status, risks, and resource utilization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of total experience in a technology environment • 3+ years dedicated to managing IT projects, programs, or business operations • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects • PMP or similar certification is a strong plus • Direct experience with software asset management (SAM), vendor negotiation, and managing technology budgets and renewals • Strong functional knowledge of process documentation and optimization methodologies (e.g., BPMN, RACI) • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
