📋 Description
• Autonomously manage multiple parallel learning roadmaps, balancing speed with tight daily execution. • Enhance existing training materials to deliver enablement sessions for our scaling international team. • Own the onboarding experience for new Trainers, reducing ramp time and ensuring consistent readiness. • Translate product updates into Trainer communications with the goal of driving customer adoption and early order behavior. • Turn tool and internal process updates into structured learning for seamless day-to-day workflow adoption. • Apply enablement best practices to ensure a high-quality Trainer experience while maintaining an exceptional bar for operational outcomes. • Build scalable coaching and development systems that equip frontline leaders to consistently coach, certify, and develop Trainers at every stage of their career.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast-paced operational field • Demonstrated ability to execute daily operations and high priority projects with pace. • A proven track record of looking at messy, cross-functional inputs, mapping out the optimal workflow, and working backward to build a highly structured strategy. • A true "go-getter" mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward without needing constant hand-holding.
