📋 Description

• Oversee the design and construction of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. • Aim to implement high-efficiency systems and energy recovery solutions to support decarbonization targets by 2030. • Manage budgets, schedules, design processes, contract administration, and project close-out. • Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and safety professionals, aligning with Danfoss policies. • Manage portfolio of energy reduction projects within the US under Real Estate. • Lead project management activities, including planning, procurement, risk management, and reporting. • Coordinate with engineering, contractors, and stakeholders; prepare scope of work and budgets; bid analysis; resource planning. • Provide mentorship and lead smaller teams; implement communication plans; maintain documentation governance. • Track progress, budgets, schedules; change management; approve change orders; inspect invoicing; ensure data integrity. • Report to Head of Real Estate, Americas; work with global Portfolio office; contribute to global PM team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or Certification from a trade school (preferably electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) plus 5 years of construction-related project management experience will be considered. • Minimum 2 years of construction-related project management experience • Project Management leadership experience required. • Knowledge of building regulations, permits, and project management methodology is required. • Experience developing investment plans and executing according to plan. • Networking, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating competencies. • Able to travel up to 25% of the time. • Ideal candidate will be located within 50 miles from a Danfoss location in IA, IL, OH, or MN • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. • PMP or CAPM certification. • Prior Construction or MEP experience preferred.
