📋 Description

• Conduct strategic interactions via WhatsApp, Zoom, phone and/or other channels to close sales. • Lead consultative conversations, identifying the lead's pain points and needs to direct them to the most appropriate solution. • Follow the sales script, adapting the approach according to the lead's profile. • Perform follow-ups with leads in the decision-making process. • Nurture relationships with potential clients, adding value throughout the buyer's journey. • Update the CRM with accurate information on leads and stages of the sales process. • Work closely with the pre-sales (SDR) and marketing teams to optimize the conversion funnel. • Meet and exceed established closing and revenue targets. • Participate in alignment meetings, training sessions and continuous feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Closer, Sales Executive or in a similar role within the digital market. • Strong mastery of consultative selling techniques. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Organized and disciplined in managing multiple engagements simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station CRM). • Basic knowledge of sales funnels and digital product launches is a plus. • Ability to work autonomously and be goal-oriented. • Availability to work flexible hours (especially during launches).
