• You will assume strategic and operational responsibility for sales and all sales activities with a focus on heat supply / contracting. • You will lead the sales team and promote the professional development of colleagues. • Developing, refining and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives is also part of your responsibilities. • By analysing market potential, you will open up new business areas with a focus on renewable energy. • You will take responsibility for contract management. • You will actively participate in concrete sales projects and support your team’s work. • You will strengthen sales processes and structures through management, optimization and digitalization. • You will monitor and analyse the energy and customer markets and derive development potential for the sales team’s activities. • You will drive new customer acquisition as well as secure and expand existing customer relationships and revenues. • Through close and trust-based cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders you will generate added value for Danpower and sustainably promote collaboration on the company’s objectives. • You will represent the company in the market, at trade fairs, conferences, etc. • You will be responsible for building and expanding networks and partnerships with external stakeholders and within the enercity Group.
• You have a degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a comparable qualification. • You have several years of professional experience in sales within the energy industry and solid knowledge of energy supply solutions. • You can demonstrate broad leadership experience and success in building and leading sales teams. • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and possess business-fluent German. • Customer orientation and a high degree of self-initiative are a matter of course for you. • You have analytical and conceptual skills. • You are proficient with MS Office and AI tools and have experience implementing and working with CRM systems. • You are highly motivated to work successfully on an equal footing with employees, teams and customers and to orchestrate necessary change processes aligned with market needs and the company’s goals. • You consider trust-based collaboration with your team and all interfaces in the company to be a fundamental basis for success and growth. • Integrity, reliability, openness to new experiences and the ability to pragmatically and effectively realize goals and tackle challenges with your team characterize you. • You are willing to travel regularly within Germany.
