🎯 Requirements
• Master’s or PhD in Law from a top-tier university. • 7+ years of legal experience with 3–5 years in a senior or head of legal role (in-house only). • Deep understanding of IT, contract, corporate, and tax law. • Expertise in technology law and digital assets. • Web3/blockchain familiarity is a plus. • Experience with international legal frameworks (UK, UAE, EU preferred). • Strong command of UAE regulations and licensing, especially in Dubai free zones. • Ability to navigate complex legal environments and scale frameworks with the business. • English fluency. • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
