📋 Description

• Implement and fine-tune Contact Flows in Amazon Connect, including customer service flows, routing, transfers and exception handling. • Develop and configure integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, AWS Lambda and other AWS services. • Support end-to-end customer journey design, ensuring consistency between business flows and the solution's technical logic. • Perform configuration tests, integration tests and support UAT, ensuring the quality of deliveries. • Troubleshoot incidents, adjust configurations and support stabilization of flows after validations. • Document business rules, technical mappings, integrations and test evidence. • Collaborate with senior specialists, requirements analysts and business stakeholders to evolve flows according to project priorities. • Support preparation of environments, versioning and releases of deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and building Contact Flows. • Knowledge of API integrations, JSON and AWS serverless services. • Familiarity with IVR, routing, queues, callbacks and call recording. • Experience with functional, integration and acceptance testing. • Knowledge of omnichannel service models and contact center solutions. • Basic understanding of observability, logging and support for failure analysis. • Quality-focused with strong attention to detail. • Analytical ability to interpret customer journeys and translate business rules into technical solutions. • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams. • Organized and able to work on multiple fronts simultaneously. • Proactive in suggesting improvements and anticipating risks. • Commitment to deadlines and deliverables. • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
