📋 Description

• Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 Business Premium security suite, including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), Endpoint Manager (web filters) and Intune for device and application management. • Implement and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions and Enterprise Applications to ensure access control and secure authentication. • Perform recurring security tasks such as annual access reviews, updating incident response policies and testing backup recovery in collaboration with the infrastructure team. • Develop and maintain security policies and documentation, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 27001. • Identify, analyze and mitigate vulnerabilities by applying system hardening and managing the patch management process for critical applications and systems. • Respond to and investigate security incidents using monitoring and analysis tools. • Promote a security-aware culture across the company by advocating best practices and providing user training. • Monitor and analyze security logs using SIEM tools to detect advanced malicious activity. • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure high availability of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online, with a focus on security.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Security Analyst or Microsoft 365 Administrator with a security focus. • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 security ecosystem: Defender for Endpoint, Azure Information Protection, Intune (MDM and MAM) and Purview. • Familiarity with hardening concepts and CIS Benchmarks. • Experience in discovery and remediation of vulnerabilities using methodologies such as OWASP, NIST, among others. • Good knowledge of authentication systems (SSO, SAML, OpenID and LDAP). • Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Go, Terraform).
