📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to commercial-segment customers and prospects • Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies • Translate customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations • Develop and execute Proofs of Concept highlighting Dash0's technical capabilities • Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences • Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle • Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design • Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates • Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights influencing roadmap and feature priorities • Work across Pre-Sales and Post-Sales as a Solutions Architect

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing • Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices • Ability to explain complex observability concepts to engineers and decision-makers • Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs proving business value • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams • English fluency • C1-level fluency in German, Dutch, or a Nordic language is presented as an optional application question, not a stated job requirement • CRM tools such as HubSpot, technical content contributions, CNCF familiarity, and startup experience are nice to have
