📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and prospects • Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies • Translate enterprise customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations • Develop and execute Proofs of Concept demonstrating Dash0's technical capabilities • Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle • Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design • Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates • Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights for roadmap and feature priorities • Work across both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing • Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices • Excellent communication skills for explaining observability concepts to engineers and executive decision-makers • Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and Proofs of Concept that prove business value • Collaborative ability across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams • English fluency • German, Dutch, or a Nordic language at C1 level is listed as an optional application question, not a stated job requirement • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is nice to have • Contributions to technical content are nice to have • Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem is nice to have • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup is nice to have
