📋 Description

• Advising and supporting our clients on all legal matters related to banking and finance • Drafting contracts and documents • Advising and supporting the implementation of projects • Assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies • Advising and supporting the preparation of expert reports and opinions • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports • Assisting in the drafting of legal opinions and legal analyses
