Data Center Storage and Logistics is a specialized logistics and warehousing provider focused on mission‑critical data center infrastructure. The company offers purpose‑built, climate‑controlled storage and staging for OFCI/CFCI equipment and secure outdoor laydown for oversized heavy mechanical components (UPS, transformers, switchgear, generators), with documented chain‑of‑custody and tiered physical security. Operating regional hubs across primary U. S. markets, it serves hyperscale developers, general contractors, owner’s reps, and OEM partners, and provides end‑to‑end transport solutions including over‑dimensional/overweight freight handling, permitting and escort coordination, specialized rigging, final‑mile delivery, QA/QC inspections, real‑time asset documentation, and ready‑to‑install asset management.

📋 Description

• Dispatch drivers and trucks throughout the day • Coordinate freight movements including LTL, FTL, oversize/overweight (OS/OW) freight • Coordinate delivery schedules for data center power infrastructure • Communicate in real time with carriers, drivers, customers, and project managers • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, route changes, and logistical issues • Enter dispatch and billing details accurately into TMS and other operational platforms • Prepare and review shipping documentation including BOLs, packing lists, and delivery confirmations • Support compliance with DOT regulations and hazmat documentation • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for carrier and 3PL partners • Partner with warehouse operations to align freight schedules with workflows • Maintain logistics tracking dashboards and compile KPI reports • Identify operational inefficiencies and surface improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive logistics or supply chain experience • Proven track record building or significantly scaling a logistics function • Deep knowledge of domestic and OS/OW freight • Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing TMS and/or WMS platforms • Strong analytical skills with ability to build reporting frameworks • Experience managing carrier and vendor relationships • Working knowledge of DOT, hazmat, and customs compliance requirements • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as operational needs require
