📋 Description

• Leverage expertise in data & AI and passion for training to support strategy and design of Databricks internal enablement offerings. • Understand learner personas and training needs; own design and scoping of technical curriculum. • Use feedback loops and data to inform and prioritize training investments and improve content health, quality, and consumption. • Help make learning at Databricks easy for everyone; take new offerings from ideation to implementation. • Manage a portfolio of enablement offerings and programs for technical support engineers responsible for managing support cases and ensuring customer success. • Coordinate with product owners, engineering, SMEs, and customer-facing teams to establish training requirements and define learning objectives. • Launch new offerings in collaboration with curriculum developers and learning architects; set curriculum strategy with global stakeholders. • Design platforms, systems, and processes for training development and programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data & AI platforms, cloud data platforms, and cloud data warehouses, especially Databricks, its product offerings and capabilities, and Lakehouse. • Experience with curriculum design & development, enablement, or training delivery. • Experience designing and organizing role-based learning pathways or technical enablement programs. • Familiarity with technical support engineering or customer success roles and responsibilities, or experience building technical enablement programs for the technical support function. • Familiarity with data analysis, machine learning, and AI use cases. • Ability to read and understand Python and SQL code. • Eagerness to apply analytical skills and data-driven decision making to inform strategy and execution. • Program management, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
