📋 Description

• Oversee delivery of large-scale data strategy, governance, and MDM engagements • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Provide quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable client impact • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and measurable outcomes • Identify opportunities to expand DataCatalyst’s services within existing accounts • Support proposal development, presentations, and thought leadership to win new business • Collaborate with partners and vendors in the data ecosystem to identify joint opportunities • Mentor and coach consultants and senior consultants, supporting their professional growth • Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets that strengthen our delivery capability • Help shape DataCatalyst’s practice strategy and service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting (professional services or systems integration required) • Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements and delivery execution, ideally in data governance, MDM, or enterprise data programs • Strong track record of operational execution management — including program governance, financial oversight, and delivery quality assurance • Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives and build trusted client relationships • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Strong organizational and detail orientation; able to manage competing priorities across multiple clients • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on delivery leadership. • Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to the highest professional standards.
