📋 Description

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead our digital initiatives with expertise and commitment. • You will not be doing the development yourself — you will steer, structure, and facilitate. • You will work closely with business units, oversee the implementation of robust software solutions, and support the continuous, sustainable optimization of our processes. • You independently plan, manage, and deliver complex digitalization and software rollout projects, always aligned with our strategic objectives. • You coordinate resource allocation across business units, IT, and external service providers. • You identify and assess project risks early (scope, acceptance, interfaces, schedule), initiate appropriate measures, and conduct regular reviews to ensure smooth project execution. • You ensure transparent information flow and maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders up to management/steering level so that all parties remain aligned. • You facilitate workshops, structure requirements, and support practical implementation — including communication, enablement, and sustainable embedding of new processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a completed university degree in industrial engineering, (business) informatics/computer science, business administration, or a comparable field with a focus on project management and technical relevance. • With at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, you understand the challenges of large IT projects and bring solid expertise and a structured way of working. • You have strong knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies. • Your pronounced analytical mindset and reliable risk management allow you to steer projects effectively. • You are proficient with modern project management and reporting tools and are comfortable operating in a heterogeneous application landscape.
