📋 Description

• Supporting French-speaking customers with technical challenges • Acting as the first point of contact for technical issues • Handling customer inquiries quickly and competently • Documenting and classifying tickets in the ticketing system • Managing and administering requests in the ServicePortal • Escalating tickets to downstream support teams • Managing and monitoring tickets in accordance with Service Level Agreements

🎯 Requirements

• IT background: completed IT training, a completed degree in IT, or professional experience in an IT Service Desk • Customer-friendly and service-oriented approach • Quick comprehension and ability to grasp new concepts rapidly • Structured way of working • Excellent communication skills and strong command of written and spoken language • Very good German skills, both written and spoken • Very good English skills (B2), both written and spoken • Very good French skills (B2), both written and spoken • Willingness to handle ServicePortal requests Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., for a maximum of 5 days per week and 8 hours per day
