📋 Description

• Support customers via remote access from the office • Maintain customers’ IT applications • Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations • Assist with infrastructure optimization • Perform system maintenance • Install updates

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or several years of professional experience as a career changer • Ideally, experience with Windows or Linux servers in medium-sized and enterprise environments • Ideally, knowledge of administering web and application servers, including Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and reverse proxies • Knowledge of multi-tier architectures • Network administration skills • Knowledge of ticketing systems is an advantage • Ideally, initial experience with Java • Very good German language skills (C2) • Good English language skills (B2)
