📋 Description

• Create software packages using various technologies such as App Deployment Toolkit, InstallShield, Flexera AdminStudio • Perform quality testing, problem analysis and remediation, and acceptance testing • Produce documentation for software packages • Prepare software distribution using Microsoft SCCM / MECM or Intune • Analyze and resolve issues using customer-specific ticketing systems • Provide second- and third-level support

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) and/or comparable qualification or practical experience in the field • Experience in analyzing and packaging Microsoft SCCM / MECM packages • Strong skills in repackaging applications • Knowledge of software packaging technologies and products, e.g., Windows Installer (MSI), AdminStudio • Good understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, Batch • Willingness to take responsibility; work in a structured, routine, and solution-oriented manner • Quick comprehension, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work independently • Very good German and good English
