• Help EMEA and global customers solve technical issues with Dataiku • Document knowledge in technical articles • Communicate with R&D team for complex issues • Work with customer-facing teams when escalating issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a client-facing engineering or technical role • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong competency in technical problem solving • Proficiency working with Unix-based operating systems • Experience with relational databases and SQL • Ability to read and write Python or R code
