📋 Description

• Partner with the Business Analyst to triage and resolve break/fix issues, configuration requests, and user support needs • Lead the design, build, and optimization of Salesforce Flows • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable Salesforce configurations • Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, permission sets

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a Production environment • Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification • Expert-level Salesforce Flow experience • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and data relationships • Experience supporting CPQ or Revenue Cloud environments • Ability to design scalable, declarative-first solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field not required but preferred
