📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations across modules including procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and expenses • Configure the Coupa platform (forms, approval workflows, catalogs, cXML, punchout, tax, currency, and chart of accounts structures) • Design and execute data migration strategies (suppliers, COA, open POs, contracts) • Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) to define and validate interfaces • Own testing cycles, including unit, integration, and UAT; track and resolve defects • Support post-go-live hypercare, stabilization, and continuous improvement • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses aligned to Coupa best practices • Build trusted advisor relationships with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both working teams and executives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of ERP, Supply Chain, or Financial ERP implementation experience with at least two full project lifecycles • 1+ years of Coupa experience across at least two full project lifecycles • Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) processes • Experience writing functional specifications and requirements documentation • Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate with both technical and executive audiences • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
