📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Provide accurate information on products or services • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records • Update account information as necessary • Escalate complex cases to appropriate team members or departments • Ensure a positive customer experience and customer satisfaction • Communicate with bilingual customers in English and Spanish

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Fluency in both English and Spanish • Previous customer service experience preferred • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Good computer literacy • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and accuracy • Intel Core i5 (8th gen or higher) or Ryzen 5 (3000+ series), minimum 4 cores/8 threads • 8–16 GB RAM • SSD of 256 GB or more • Mandatory Ethernet cable connection • No VPN; work only from the approved location • Wired headset with boom microphone, unidirectional and noise cancellation • No wireless devices, earbuds, or speakerphone • 1080p camera, 30–60 fps, with autofocus • Prohibited from storing company information, making recordings, taking screenshots, or using integrated translation functions
