• Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and service providers. • Accurately interpret spoken Burmese and English in real-time. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. • Exhibit cultural sensitivity and adaptability in interpretation. • Stay informed about relevant terminology and enhance interpretation quality. • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery. • Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Fluency in both Burmese and English, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages. • Previous experience in interpretation or a similar field is preferred. • Strong active listening and comprehension skills to convey messages accurately. • Cultural competence and understanding of the Burmese-speaking community. • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, ensuring quality interpretation. • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Working days: 5 days (2 rotational week off) • Job Type: Full-time (Work from Home) • Salary up to: 7.87 LPA • Other allowance: Overtime pay, Mediclaim (Covers the Employee, Parents, Spouse & 2 kids from the first day of employment) & other Incentives based on performance. • For Foreign National OCI card is mandatory.
