📋 Description

• Render correct concepts and meanings between Gujarati and English • Provide strict renditions of messages during calls • Employ good customer service and clear communication • Follow client instructions and manage call flow • Remain calm during challenging calls

🎯 Requirements

• High Schools degree or equivalent • Native Fluency in English and Gujarati • Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics of Gujarati • Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills • Ability to concentrate and remain neutral and objective • Ability to explain certain cultural concepts
