• Provide accurate and timely interpretation services in real time between Nepali and English during calls or meetings. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interpreting sensitive information. • Exhibit cultural awareness and sensitivity to ensure respectful communication. • Stay informed on relevant terminology to enhance the quality of interpretations. • Adhere to ethical standards and best practices for interpreters in all interactions. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to keep skills sharp and knowledge current.
• Fluency in both Nepali and English, with excellent command of both written and spoken language. • Previous experience in interpretation or a related field preferred. • Strong listening and communication skills, with attention to detail. • Cultural competence and ability to navigate diverse client backgrounds. • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
