📋 Description

• Managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, with a focus on NDAs, commercial negotiations, transactional support, and internal legal administration • Helping Sales and DealDesk teams with RFP processes and providing respective legal, corporate, and privacy information • Creating, vetting, and refining clear, legally sound commercial contracts (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements, partner agreement etc.) to ensure they align with DataRobot’s objectives and legal standards • Supporting commercial transactions by clear, objective driven negotiation of contract terms with external parties (clients, vendors, partners) • Overseeing the formal execution/signing process to ensure all necessary approvals and signatures are obtained correctly • Managing a centralised legal repository of all executed contracts, a centralised contract content log system, and associated documentation • Serving as a crucial link between various internal departments (Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement) to ensure all contractual requirements are understood and met • Developing and implementing automation for internal processes and procedures to standardize and streamline the contract management workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a dedicated Contracts Management, Paralegal, or Commercial Legal function • Demonstrable experience in independently leading negotiations for NDAs, and negotiating commercial partner agreements • Excellent working knowledge of the contract lifecycle and contract management best practices • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate complex legal and commercial issues to non-legal stakeholders • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., IACCM/World Commerce & Contracting certification) • Understanding of UK and EU data protection law as they relate to commercial contracts • Proficiency with SalesForce and IronClad. • Written and verbal skills in an additional language are a plus.
