📋 Description

• Define the future of the DataRobot platform and scale the design organization • Articulate the overarching design vision, standards, and operating model • Take responsibility for the organizational structure, talent acquisition, and professional development • Drive alignment across major product domains for cohesive end-to-end user experience • Represent Product Design to the executive leadership team and advocate for design thinking • Demonstrate the impact of design initiatives on key business metrics • Shape the design team's identity and culture • Mentor and grow design leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design • At least 3+ years in senior management (Director level or above) • Proven track record leading design for complex enterprise B2B software • Strong, practical understanding of AI/ML workflows • Exceptional ability to communicate and negotiate design strategy with C-level and VP-level partners • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
