• The Data Entry Associate will support a specialized project focused on post-migration validation, ensuring the accurate transition of data from one dataroom to another. • This role ensures data integrity through rigorous quality assurance checks which includes identifying and correcting errors. • Review and verify files, user information and configuration settings have been migrated for completeness, consistency, and compliance. • Cross-check data against source documents to identify discrepancies. • Perform routine audits and report discrepancies to the migration team for resolution. • Generate and maintain detailed checklists and validation logs. • Document and report data quality issues, trends, and root causes. • Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with a high level of accuracy. • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks according to established deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1–2 years of data entry experience, preferably with data validation or QA responsibilities. • Familiarity with data management systems and tools. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet or other data tracking tools. • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies. • Ability to efficiently and productively complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Knowledge of data migration and QA. • Ability to work independently and multi-task. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
