📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop the best Relationship Managers • Lead a team of 3-5 relationship managers • Own your team’s metrics and drive the plan to exceed them • Impact team member performance, growth, collaboration, and development • Partner with other RM leaders to build and refine processes • Adopt a data-driven approach to communicate effectively • Be guided by our customers’ experience in day-to-day tasks • Work closely with internal teams to align priorities • Proactively invest time in staying up to date with relevant knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or relationship management • SaaS specific experience a bonus • 2+ years of experience managing a relationship management team • Passion for developing people • Ability to help your team prioritize and manage their book of business • Experience owning and managing customer renewals, upsells and revenue targets • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent critical thinking skills • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent team player with strong leadership skills
