📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 junior-to-mid-level QA engineers • Drive QA planning, execution, and delivery within Agile/Scrum sprints • Prioritize testing activities and manage day-to-day QA operations • Respond to urgent business requests and shifting priorities • Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Business teams • Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases • Validate complex business logic and data transformations • Identify quality risks proactively and recommend mitigation strategies • Review test coverage and ensure accuracy and completeness • Support functional and data validation testing • Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data flows, transformations, and business rules • Perform end-to-end testing of custom-built solutions and integrations • Analyze healthcare datasets for data quality and business rule compliance • Work with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes • Provide strategic leadership and hands-on testing support for complex healthcare data scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including team leadership responsibilities • Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex queries for data validation and testing • Strong experience testing custom applications, data pipelines, and business logic • Experience working in Agile development environments • Solid understanding of test planning, test case design, defect management, and QA methodologies • Experience working with healthcare data, including healthcare datasets, reporting, or analytics platforms • Understanding of healthcare business processes, data structures, and quality considerations • Ability to create test scenarios validating complex healthcare workflows and business logic • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing QA team members • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance strategic QA initiatives with hands-on execution • Ability to manage priorities and urgent requests in a fast-paced environment • Experience level: 10+ years stated; 7+ years QA experience required • Experience validating cloud data platforms such as Snowflake preferred • Exposure to value-based care, healthcare analytics, or healthcare data management preferred • Experience testing ETL/ELT processes and data transformation workflows preferred • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and modern QA tools preferred • Any Degree • Key skills include ETL testing, Snowflake, BigQuery, complex joins, window functions, aggregations, query optimization, and performance tuning
