📋 Description

• Use strong understanding of cloud security to help build best-in-class services. • Work in AWS & Azure with an understanding of security patterns. • Secure Kubernetes clusters and container management. • Advise on secure container management practices. • Collaborate on vulnerability management and remediation. • Write and review Infrastructure-as-Code through Terraform. • Represent secure continuous development concepts. • Work with DevOps to integrate security into SDLC.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of working in at least 1 major public Cloud provider and a desire to learn a second. • 2+ years of operating, monitoring and securing Kubernetes clusters. • Strong understanding of cloud security to help Datavant build best-in-class services. • Experience in AWS & Azure with an understanding of appropriate security patterns. • Strong experience and understanding of containerization. • Understanding of cloud identities and access management. • Advise internal customers on secure container management, including deployment and monitoring. • Experience working with Vulnerability Management on prioritization and remediation of critical vulnerabilities in cloud and cluster environments. • Proficiency in writing and reviewing Infrastructure-as-Code through Terraform. • Understanding of Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) principles and assist in ABAC deployment across public clouds. • Knowledge of secure continuous development. • Experience helping to tune WAF rules. • Reviews components built in cloud infrastructure (via git pull requests and contributions to architecture diagrams).
