📋 Description
• Lead and develop a team of hands-on security architects • Set clear performance expectations and conduct reviews • Hold the team to high quality bar on deliverables • Own the enterprise security roadmap • Monitor emerging technology landscape for security implications
🎯 Requirements
• 5 + years of experience in security architecture or related fields • At least 2+ years in a people management role • Delivery focused mindset in a hyper growth environment • Comfort navigating tradeoffs between ideal security and practicality • Solid technical foundation across security domains: identity and access management, infrastructure security, product security • Hands-on development experience across multiple programming languages
