📋 Description
• Central point of contact for clients across diverse industries — communication via email, phone, and video call • Independent, pragmatic legal advice on all data protection matters — from data processing agreements to lawful purposes of processing • Support GDPR implementation using the Proliance 360 privacy software — clear, pragmatic, and scalable • Take responsibility in varied projects: data protection audits, TOM (technical and organizational measures) reviews, records of processing activities, DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments), policy development, and employee training • Regular knowledge exchange with experienced experts — transfer of best practices • Provide professional guidance and coaching to colleagues — quality assurance and know-how development
🎯 Requirements
• Completed degree with a legal focus (e.g., German 1st/2nd State Law Examinations, a degree in business law, or an equivalent program) • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in data protection — ideally in consulting, a law firm, in-house, or as an external DPO • Experience in providing professional guidance and leading subprojects • Strong client orientation, a hands-on mentality, and a structured, reliable working style • Excellent written and spoken German and fluent English
