📋 Description

• Drive Flex card adoption: Lead Flex card features from discovery through launch and iteration, spanning onboarding, activation, spend, repayment, and member communication • Ship with speed and conviction: Lead your squad through discovery, delivery, and in-market optimization - ensuring fast execution without losing sight of long-term impact. • Own the numbers: Drive core metrics including offer-to-activation conversion, card usage, repayment behavior, and member retention • Enable flawless execution: Translate goals into clear, prioritized backlogs in partnership with product, research, design, engineering, and data teams, leading to fast, high-quality execution • Lead with evidence: Use qualitative research and quantitative data to surface the highest-impact opportunities across the member funnel • Champion Flex card evolution: Explore and validate how Flex card evolves as a multi-product experience alongside ExtraCash and Dave Banking • Shape a product in its earliest and most formative stages, making decisions that directly affect member access, financial outcomes, and how Dave grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in fintech, lending, cards, or related consumer financial products • Proven track record of improving growth, conversion, and retention in consumer products • Proven ability to manage a complex product surface area with many stakeholders, using strong product judgment to balance user experience, risk, and business outcomes • Experience working closely with senior leaders to propose, refine, and ship new initiatives • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using data to inform decisions (SQL and/or tools like Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar) • Proven ability to use AI tools as a force multiplier for speed, quality, and impact • Familiarity with BNPL, installment lending, or open-loop card products • Experience with cashflow-based underwriting or alternative credit models • Familiarity with consumer credit regulations
