📋 Description
• Create engaging content for digital marketing channels, including websites, email campaigns, and social media. • Produce visually appealing and impactful multimedia content, such as videos and graphics, with occasional on-camera participation. • Ensure all content reflects and communicates the brand’s identity, tone, and values. • Execute campaign tasks using established workflows, templates, and guidelines. • Write compelling copy to improve engagement and performance across platforms (e.g., subject lines, headers, and promotional blurbs). • Capture and repurpose moments from company events into creative content. • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align on strategy and content execution. • Stay informed on industry compliance guidelines to ensure all content meets standards while remaining innovative. • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent in Uzbek (C1). • Good command of English (at least B2). • Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (flexible on subject area). • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant content creation work. • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization. • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital content creation. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment.
