• Develop and implement market strategies that align with broader regional or organizational goals • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and strengthen partner networks • Recruit, train, and manage a team with clear performance targets and measurable KPIs • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Compliance) to launch tailored campaigns and initiatives • Monitor and report on performance metrics, including revenue growth, client activity, and partner engagement • Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of CRM systems and reporting tools • Represent the company at local events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships
• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), both written and verbal • Proficiency in Thai will be considered a advantageous • 6–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships • Demonstrated success in working with partner networks or affiliates in a regional or international setting • Proven leadership experience managing small-to-medium commercial teams • Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
