• Proven leadership in sales with 5+ years of experience managing an outside sales team • Deep understanding of business-to-business sales • Strong knowledge of the firearms industry • Expertise in CRM systems and Microsoft Office • Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside in a major metro area within Southwest (excluding CA) or Southeast
