📋 Description
• Act as the team’s technical reference for complex files and settlement strategies • Support adjusters with their files (analysis, coverage, direction) • Conduct targeted quality reviews (reports, reserves, client compliance) • Provide coaching and support the development of adjusters • Contribute to continuous improvement of practices and standards • Collaborate with Directors to support overall performance
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in claims adjusting • Strong technical expertise (experience with complex files / specialized risks is an asset) • Influential leadership and coaching skills • High level of rigor, judgment, and quality orientation • Good understanding of insurer and client expectations • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
