• Overseeing the process to accurately capture and record the business rationale for entering into a contractual relationship with a referral source • Collaborate with the compliance and legal team to help assess Anti-Kickback Statute and other compliance risks associated with referral source agreements • Work with business clients, legal and compliance to ensure fraud and abuse risk is low as it relates to agreements • Document the business rationale and partner selection information in a salesforce based system • Collaborate with compliance and legal team to escalate potential performance concerns for further investigation
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD/MBA or other relevant advanced degree or certification preferred • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a legal or compliance professional • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and field employees • Superior organization and project management skills • Experience in the health care industry and knowledge of health care fraud and abuse laws and regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, is preferred
