• Division Finance Manager (DFM) supporting Midwest-based operating group Team Fusion (preferably Chicago or Minneapolis) • Partner with Divisional operations leaders (DVPs) of a $1B+ business (~6,000 teammates) • Act as highest-level finance leader within assigned division(s) and strategic advisor to Division Vice Presidents • Financial management: monthly financial/operations reviews, budgeting, joint venture reporting, special projects • Growth management: new clinic models, growth strategy sessions, 3-year forecasting • Leadership: interpret data, develop solutions, drive accountability, coach non-finance teammates • Expected to operationalize insights, support operating clinics (~50 clinics and $200M revenue typical)
• Strong alignment with our Mission and Values • Bachelor’s Degree • Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel up to 10% • Demonstrated track record of presenting to executive leadership (preferred) • Healthcare industry background a plus (preferred) • Proficiency in finance/accounting systems like Essbase (preferred) • Leadership, strong analytical and financial background, ownership mindset • Ability to coach non-finance teammates on Excel tools and manage a P&L
