📋 Description
• Explain key drivers behind financial performance • Present analysis, insight and action to group’s leadership team • Build annual bottoms-up budget for labor and controllable cost items • Conduct formal quarterly reviews with physician partners on financial performance of joint venture facilities • Partner with Division Vice Presidents to analyze, review and recommend overall divisional growth strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Must reside in one of the following states: IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, TN, or WI • Strong alignment with our Mission and Values • Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel up to 10%
