📋 Description

• Provides supervision, coaching, and performance management to audit supervisors, including support with coaching auditors • Ensures Auditors complete assigned responsibilities utilizing high standards of performance • Develops and maintains team assignments and duties • Develops management processes and tools to support consistency in auditor-related activities • Provides consistent, visible, and timely communication to the team on matters including but not limited to team goals and objectives, progress toward those goals, and information pertinent to the team’s responsibilities • Manages new teammate training and ongoing support for existing department teammates to ensure the appropriate tools, supplies, job aids, and system access is available; leads team meetings • Ensures teammates review daily, weekly, and monthly key metrics to identify trends or areas of focus • Reviews, and presents monthly metrics and reports across clinical teams and to clinical leadership • Provides coverage for the auditors by preparing and performing internal quality audits, as needed • Analyzes clinical and operational data to ensure audits are relevant and impactful • Supports DaVita IKC departments in the design and implementation of quality audits • Leads the design and implementation of improvement plans to be facilitated by the auditing team • Leads survey readiness efforts, including preparation and execution of delegation and other accreditation surveys • Assists in the development and review of quality policies and processes governing operations as deemed necessary by clinical leadership • Participates in ad hoc or project-specific continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives • Other duties, as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• ADN degree from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred • At least 5 years of clinical experience; dialysis experience preferred • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience preferred • Demonstrated expertise in disease management • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
