📋 Description

• Serve as the lead for the Physician Orders Program, directing and managing the review process across all involved departments • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order reviews while proactively identifying and resolving any workflow bottlenecks or discrepancies • Define and own the analytical strategy for the Physician Orders Program • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and build reporting mechanisms to monitor program health, identify trends, and measure outcomes • Collaborate with Quality and Compliance to ensure adherence to all Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulatory standards • Design, champion, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in partnership with IT and clinical informatics • Lead strategic design and structure of the workstream, developing long-term program roadmaps and risk mitigation strategies • Align cross-functional teams and senior business leaders to ensure effective collaboration and buy-in for the program’s objectives • Distill complex program updates, data analyses, and business problems into cohesive, impactful stories for diverse audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, MIS, or a related field required • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in program management, process management, or a related operational role within a healthcare environment • Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: High proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and performance reporting • Program & Project Management: Deep expertise in program management methodologies • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Apptio Targetprocess) and Alteryx is a plus. • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across clinical, technical, and administrative teams to drive program goals • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and present complex information clearly to senior leadership.
