• Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation and other reward programs for all DaVita businesses • Review, modify, and administer compensation and other reward programs • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify strategies and recommendations • Manage incentive compensation and administration for incentive plans • Facilitate and manage the annual review of market competitiveness • Manage the review, modification, and implementation of performance management and development processes and tools • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to HR and compensation team members. • Provide expert consulting, advice and support on compensation and employee care issues to internal managers.
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent level of Human Resource experience • 6-8 years of human resource experience, with 6 years in compensation • 3 years management experience or equivalent • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft programs, particularly within Excel and Access. • Strong communication, both written and oral, and presentation skills.
