📋 Description

• Thought and process leadership for projects • Understand the problems or questions posed • Synthesize data from multiple sources • Develop and drive analyses to address the key issues • Communicate recommendations to key stakeholders through verbal and written presentations • Responsible for maintaining timelines, scheduling and coordination of these meetings • Manages a team who manage meetings and events of different sizes (10-10,000) • Own projects from inception to implementation • Balances competing priorities to deliver on deadlines • Negotiates pricing and concessions and reviews contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, quantitative disciplines preferred • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Accreditation, preferred • Minimum of ten (10) year’s event planning experience required • Management experience • Simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects for competing internal clients • Assume ownership and accountability for projects, including the timely delivery and the quality of the final work product • Minimum of five (6) years of experience developing and reconciling budgets required • Proven project management experience • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • 5-6 years hands-on working experience/building online registration sites
