• Efficiently managing store operations and sales contribution. • Maximizing every opportunity to drive sales and profitability. • Reducing stock loss and maintaining cost controls. • Managing inventory and internal & external store appearance. • Delivering high levels of motivation and development of team members. • Ensuring compliance with all brand's standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Delivering the highest standards of customer service and leading by example.

• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager. • Powerful leading skills and business orientation. • Excellent customer management skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Highly communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing, Fashion or any relevant qualification. • Experience: 3 + years of experience in the fashion retail industry. • Computer Literacy (MS Office). • Excellent Command in Arabic & English Languages.
