📋 Description

• Improve learning data reporting and dashboards in Cornerstone • Integrate Cornerstone + Workday data using existing processes • Conduct user research and usability testing • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows • Design accessible, user‑friendly reporting interfaces • Collaborate with L&D, HR, product, and technical teams • Use data insights to optimize reporting and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Data Architecture, UX Design, or Learning Technology • Experience with Cornerstone and/or Workday • Strong background in LMS/HRIS data, reporting, and visualization • Hands-on experience with wireframes, prototypes, and user flows • Ability to translate complex data into clear user experiences • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
