📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of assigned projects related to building and property infrastructure. • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. • Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and provide status updates. • Manage project risks and issues, identify potential problems, and develop mitigation plans. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements during project execution. • Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred. • 7 years of experience as a Facilities Project Manager is acceptable in lieu of degree. • Experience with construction projects involving banks, vaults, and financial institutions is a plus. • At least 7 years of experience in facilities management and construction project management. • Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, building codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
