📋 Description

• Independently lead investigations and manage the full lifecycle of highly complex claims • Analyze coverage, liability, and financial exposure • Issue reservation of rights and draft coverage letters • Set activities, reserves, and authorize payments • Coordinate with internal and external experts for evaluations and resolution • Identify and pursue risk transfer opportunities • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) • Ensure compliance across jurisdictions • Represent the company in litigation and mediations • Lead cross-functional meetings and collaborate with teams • Identify coverage gaps and partner with product management • Mentor and support less experienced adjusters • Lead quality initiatives to streamline workflows • Maintain strong time and desk management skills • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted • Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience • Industry designations (e.g., CPCU, AIC) strongly preferred • Extensive experience handling highly complex, high-value claims • Recognized authority in negotiation and resolution of complex claims • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing policy coverage and legal liability • Proven ability to manage litigation strategy and represent the company • Experience mentoring others and developing investigative techniques • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with proven ability to manage complex workflows
